Scenografie
“Scenografie” is a mysterious and metaphysical collection like a painting by De Chirico, structured to give maximum prominence to the botanical geometries of the plants. Succulents usually have very simple pots, not at all original, which fail to enhance the plant itself. With this series we wanted to create a context and a frame for the plants.
The underlying philosophy was: “even succulent plants deserve a backdrop”. A bit as if it were a theatrical backdrop behind the plant; a lot is done for traditional flowers and little for succulents, which on average last months or years, while flowers only take days.
Obviously the architectural sign is the basis of everything, as in all of our products, but also as in any theatrical scenography, made up of marked proportions and elements. The sign is architectural, metaphysical and geometric.
